Sometimes the best way we can help you is by onward referral to an appropriate alternative service. This can happen if your difficulty may be better suited to longer term therapy. We work with experts in a range of areas including psychotherapy, counselling, physical activity, and specialists in psychological trauma. We will discuss this with you if we feel another service may be more beneficial.

Therapy is offered online using Zoom which uses an encrypted programme so our conversations are confidential. Please ask regarding the possibility of face-to-face appointments.

Evening appointments available. Weekend appointments are sometimes available, please enquire.

If we are not available when you call, please leave a message and we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. We will only return your call if you ask us to. This helps to preserve confidentiality.
