Therapy sessions

Our approach to therapy is personalised and solution focused so we work with you to understand your difficulties, help you to set goals and create tailored solutions and treatment plans. We aim to provide you with knowledge and skills and will work with you to identify and enhance your existing coping tools using a compassionate approach. Each person is a unique individual and so an integrative approach combining different tools may be needed to bring positive change.

Clients and referrals


The majority of clients self-refer but we can accept referrals from GP’s and other relevant agencies.

Appointments

Sometimes the best way we can help you is by onward referral to an appropriate alternative service. This can happen if your difficulty may be better suited to longer-term therapy. We work with experts in a range of areas including psychotherapy, counselling, physical activity, and specialists in psychological trauma. We will discuss this with you if we feel another service may be more beneficial.

Therapy is offered online using Zoom which uses an encrypted
programme so our conversations are confidential. Please ask regarding the possibility of face-to-face appointments.

Evening appointments available. Weekend appointments are sometimes available, please enquire.
